Eduardo J. Carletti
Eduardo J. Carletti (April 17, 1951; Buenos Aires, Argentina) is a science fiction writer and editor. Since 1956 he has lived in Ituzaingó, province of Buenos Aires. He graduated as an Engineer in digital electronics and computer hardware, and currently works in software development.
Work
Carletti is one of the founders of the legendary science fiction electronic magazine Axxón, a pioneer not only in this genre, but also in the Spanish-speaking world: Born in March 1989, it was the first electronic publication (that is, made in digital format; in English ezine) in this language. At first it was distributed on floppy disks, and in 2001 it started to have its own website on the Internet.
Among his literary works we can highlight:
- Instant maximum break (novela, 1988)
- For half eternity, falling (relates, 1991)
- A long way (relates, 1992)
In addition, he has won the Más Allá award on numerous occasions between 1985 and 1994.
