Dilleniidae is a subclass of dicotyledonous plants divided into 13 orders. This class was used in the popular Cronquist classification system, it is now deprecated. It is characterized by being monophyletic cyclical flowers with centrifugal unfolding; corolla almost always dialipétala (sometimes sympetal and apetal).
