Desperate hours

Desperate Hours is an American film directed by William Wyler.

Plot

It tells the story of three convicts escaped from prison who hide on the outskirts of the city in a bourgeois family chalet, taking its members hostage, who will live a true horror without the police knowing.

Comment

Based on a hit Broadway play (played by Paul Newman on stage). In 1990 director Michael Cimino made a remake with Anthony Hopkins and Mickey Rourke.
