Dennis King (born 1941) is an American journalist and the author of the books Lyndon LaRouche's The New American Fascism and Find the Facts in Each (Get the Facts on Anyone), which forms part of the headbooks in the Reporter's Handbook published by the organization Investigative Reporters and Editors [ 1].

During the 1960s King was an active member of the Progressive Labor Party at a time when he was involved in the fight against scientific racism by researchers such as Arthur Jensen [2]. Currently, King specializes in the analysis of political and religious sects. Starting in 1977 King began to investigate Fred Newman and the International Workers Party. He is known for his criticism of the Lyndon LaRouche movement and has worked with investigative journalists such as Chip Berlet and Russ Bellant on illegal activities and bigotry within the LaRouche organization. [3] The Washington Post reports that King has been threatened and harassed by members of the LaRouche organization in response to his articles [4].
