In the Shingon cult of Japanese Buddhism, Daiitoku Myō-ō (大威徳明王) is a protector god who has six faces, six legs, and six arms that wield weapons. He rides on a white cow, and is revered as the god of victory. Daitoku can defeat poisonous snakes and dragons, and has the power to destroy evil and create good. He is situated in the west.
