Cyphochlaena is a genus of herbaceous plants belonging to the Poaceae family. It is native to Madagascar. It comprises 2 described and accepted species.

Taxonomy

The genus was described by Eduard Hackel and published in Oesterreichische Botanische Zeitschrift 51: 465. 1901. The type species is: Cyphochlaena madagascariensis Hack.
