The cundiboyacence stew is a typical dish from the Sabanero highlands of Cundinamarca and Boyacá in central Colombia. The stew has different types of potatoes, young peas in their pods, cubios, ibias, cob, broad beans, chuguas, pork ribs, bacon, sausage and beef.
