Rincón de Beniscornia is a district belonging to the municipality of Murcia, in the Region of Murcia (Spain). It has a population of 954 inhabitants (INE 2019) and an area of 1,008 km². It is located about 4 km from the center of Murcia and is located at an average altitude of 50 meters above sea level.

Its population centers are Rincón de Beniscornia and the hamlets of La Barca and El Jopo.

History

In 1981 it was separated from the district of Guadalupe, becoming an independent district.
