Connectivity is the ability of a device (personal computer, peripheral, PDA, mobile, robot, household appliance, car, etc.) to connect and communicate with another, in order to exchange information or establish a direct connection based on digital information.

Computer connector

A computer connector is any connector inside a computer or for connecting computers to networks, printers, or other devices. These connectors have specific names that allow for more accurate identification, and the use of these names is encouraged. Some common computer connectors are D-sub, IEEE 1394, parallel port, PS/2, USB, FireWire, BNC, RJ-45, and various pin and 'socket' connectors. Most computer connectors are electrical or optical.

Public connectivity

In Latin America
