Clovis II (634–657), King of the Franks, was King of Neustria and Burgundy from 639 to 657.

He was the son of Dagoberto I and Nañ. During his minority, he was the regent of Erquinoaldo, mayordomo of the palace of Neustrasia. His half-brother Sigebert III ruled the Austrasia lands from 634.

He married Saint Batilda (died 680, in the monastery of Chelles) in 648, who was bought as a slave by Erquinoaldo, who gave her to him to obtain royal favor. They were parents of the kings Chlotario III, Theoderic III and Childeric II who reigned in Austrasia and Neustria in later years. Clovis was a minor for almost the entirety of his reign, so he was under the influence of the local nobles, especially the mayordomo of the palace Erquinoaldo. He is sometimes regarded as the king of Austrasia during the interval from 656 to 57, when Childebert the Adopted had usurped the throne.

The influence of the butler and the king's minority make this king often considered one of the lazy kings. Medieval monks considered him insane, and attribute "the stupidity of his descendants" to this cause. The historian Henri Pirenne also claimed that Clovis "died mad."

Clovis II was buried in the Basilica of Saint-Denis, Paris.
