Clismaphilia
The clismaphilia or klismaphilia (from the Greek κλύσμα, klýsma, 'enema', and φιλία, filía, 'hobby') is a paraphilia that consists of receiving or, Less frequently, putting enemas (enemas) while performing sexual games or the same sexual act. Its practice is accompanied, in most cases, by fetish forms using cannulas and other elements, for greater anal stimulation.

The term was first used by Dr. Joanne Denko in early research into this paraphilia, where she describes the activities of some of her patients in her publication.
Clismaphilia is practiced by both men and women. or adolescent stage. The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders classifies clismaphilia under the code 302.9 Paraphilias, Not Otherwise Specified, there is no recommended treatment because it is not a very serious case, there are only recommendations for its correct application and certain precautionary measures to avoid problems.
