The clismaphilia or klismaphilia (from the Greek κλύσμα, klýsma, 'enema', and φιλία, filía, 'hobby') is a paraphilia that consists of receiving or, Less frequently, putting enemas (enemas) while performing sexual games or the same sexual act.
