Church of Rome or Roman Church may refer to:

• La Diocese of Rome or its ecclesiastical province.

• La Holy See, central government of the Catholic Church constituted by the Pope and the bodies of the Roman curia.
• La Latin Church, also called “Roman Catholic Church”, which together with the Eastern Catholic Churches integrates the Catholic Church.
• La Catholic Churchpopularly called “Roman Catholic Church”, especially in non-Catholic spheres (it is the usual meaning of “Roman Catholic Catholicism”).

In addition, in historical contexts it refers to the early Church of Rome, the community formed by the city's first Christians (I century to IV) or also to:
