Candino (Candino Watch Co. Ltd.) is a Swiss watchmaking company founded by Adolf Flury-Hug in 1945. Initially registered as an independent watchmaker in the commune of Herbetswil (canton of Solothurn), the company was acquired in 2002 by the Spanish firm of Swiss origin Festina.

The company currently has two locations, the first in Herbetswil, where the production site is located. Some eighty collaborators work at this headquarters who assemble some two thousand watches a day. It seems that in this same commune, the Flury family had already been dedicated to the production of watches since the end of the XIX century, before the business was registered.

The second location, the main location, is located in the watchmaking city of Biel/Bienne. In this headquarters is the administrative, financial, logistics, marketing and export headquarters. About forty people work in it.

Candino was initially known for manufacturing watches for different brands (private brands) although in recent years it has focused on the production of Candino watches.

The brand is marketed in sixty-five different countries; To facilitate the expansion of the brand, Candino has adopted the concept of ambassadors. The brand currently has an ambassador, Xenia Tchoumitcheva, a former Swiss beauty queen. Candino also sponsors the Davidoff Swiss Indoors in Basel, the company has developed a partnership with Swiss Tennis. Candino sponsored the 2005 Nordic Ski Championships in Oberstorf.
