Cameroon at the Olympic Games is represented by the National Olympic and Sports Committee of Cameroon, a member of the International Olympic Committee since 1963.

It has participated in 15 editions of the Summer Olympic Games, its first presence taking place in Tokyo 1964. The country has obtained a total of 6 medals in the summer editions: 3 gold, 1 silver and 2 bronze.
