Calderonella sylvatica

Calderonella is a monotypic genus of herbaceous plants belonging to the Poaceae family. Its only species: Calderonella sylvatica Soderstr. & H.F.Decker, is originally from Panama and Colombia.

The generic name was given in honor of C.E.Calderón, Argentine botanist.
