Butters

Leopold «Butters» Stotch, is a fictional character from the animated series South Park. His nickname is a pun on the word butterscotch (buttered sugar candy).

Butters appeared in the series from the very first episodes, but only as a minor character with no lines. From the third season he began to appear more. Later Stan, Kyle and Cartman welcome him into his friend group as Kenny's replacement after he temporarily died. Butters is forced to wear Kenny's orange anorak and is called Kenny, when he gets desperate and yells I'm not Kenny! they start calling him Not Kenny. Eventually, Stan, Kyle, and Cartman kick him out of the group when they decide they don't like him enough and opt for Tweek to fill his place. This leads Butters to create his criminal alter ego, Professor Chaos. As of the sixth season, Butters became part of the main cast.

Butters has a lock of blond hair shaped like a tomato leaf, wears a light blue jacket and dark green pants. Her birthday is September 11 and she is based on South Park animation director Eric Stough.

Personality

Butters is a kind, likeable, and very innocent child compared to the rest of the main cast of the series. He sometimes has a bit of a stutter, has a southern accent (in the original version) and his voice is like a little kid's. His parents, Stephen and Linda Stotch, are very strict and overprotective of him, although on one occasion Linda tried to kill him (Note: she tried to kill him because she found out that his father had gay dates and, believing that he was sick, she did not want him to raise him).. Butters usually exaggerates everything, is scared and always worries about his friends even if they don't take him into account.

Butters was the first boy in the group to mature and have a semen sample, as he got turned on thinking about Stan's mother (Note: after masturbating over 70 times, as Cartman had convinced him he was suspicious of the "kidnapping" of a doll).

Butters has an alter ego, known as Professor Chaos, a criminal he dresses as a supervillain which he creates after Stan, Kyle and Cartman kick him out of the group of friends. Professor Chaos has a costume consisting of a green cape and a helmet and gloves made of aluminum foil and he seeks revenge against all those who treat Butters badly by doing petty crimes, although he is not so much of a criminal after all. Despite the fact that Butters was expelled from the group of friends, he has continued to appear in the series as a main character, although on some occasions he is the victim of Cartman's pranks and abuse.

Early in his career as a Chaos Professor, Butters succeeds in creating Chaos in his fourth grade class by stealing the eraser from the blackboard. On one occasion, while donning his Professor Chaos costume, Butters is discovered by Dougie, who asks him to be his partner in crime, renamed General Mess after being dropped from the other protagonists' quest to find a replacement for Butters. Kenny. Together, Professor Chaos and General Mess mastered crimes bigger than any other criminal could think of which included flooding the world with a garden hose and destroying the ozone layer with multiple cans of hairspray spray but those fail.

As for his sentimental life, he fell in love with Lexus, a Raisins girl (Called Raisins in Latin America, a parody of the Hooters restaurant chain) in the chapter in which everyone takes Stan to the restaurant to cheer him up because Wendy Testaburger, his girlfriend has left him, but Lexus didn't really love him, he only pretended to get a tip, and it ends up breaking his heart. Currently since season 19 he has a girlfriend named Charlotte, of Canadian origin, at first he was forced to be her boyfriend by his friends to avoid conflicts between Americans and Canadian immigrants, but later he ends up liking him, although he had to move to Canada again since they had killed the new corrupt president of Canada and currently communicate using Skype.

In an episode where he distributes advertising for a Japanese sushi restaurant, he causes a fight because the same restaurant is set up next to a Chinese restaurant and the South Park police take him to his parents saying that he has caused an Asian war, for which they take him to a specialist who declares that he has multiple personalities such as: "El Trailero Butters", "El Cartero Butters", "El Bombero Butters" and "Professor Chaos".

Skills

He is an excellent dancer, he was a tap champion, but he retired after causing an accident at a talent show in which 8 members of the audience died, not including the baby of a pregnant lady and the 3 relatives who were committed suicide after being informed about the incident. In one episode he makes a video clip on Youtoob (clear reference to YouTube) to get money to end the strike in Canada.

He is also very good at writing short stories.

Memorable moments

• In the last episode of season 5, Butters show. Butters has his own episode dedicated to him and how his mother discovered her husband's bisexuality, Stephen Stotch.

• In the chapter "The last of the meheecans" ("The Last Mexican", still in English) it becomes a prosperous Mexico. And his name was said several times as "mantelette" since that was the pseudonym he used to play Texas against Mexicans.

• In episode 6x07, The Simpsons have already done so, Butters plans a series of supposedly original evil strategies, although it does not carry out them after General Desastre informs him that those ideas have already been used in the episodes of The Simpsons. Then he is comforted to tell him that this happened only because the Simpsons series has been in the air for a long time, not because of his lack of creativity. After this episode, Professor Caos has made very few appearances.

• In the penultimate episode of season 7, "Pasitas"Butters ingenuously falls in love with a top-notch "Lexus", Butters thinks it's his real name, although the other waiters call themselves Porsche, Ferrari, etc. And he doesn't realize they treat him well to get his tips.

• In the 11th season it is up to him to stare at a special called Imaginationland (chapter 10, 11 and 12), because being so creative the inhabitants of that world tell him that he is one of the "creators".

• I get a video singing a song called "What What (In the Butt)" (in Latin Spanish: "that which in the cu").

• In season 8, the episode Good times with weaponsIn revenge because the boys didn't let him play with them, he dresses like Professor Caos to get revenge on the quartet, yet Kenny throws a ninja star and lures him in one eye. The others disguise him as a dog and take him with a veterinarian.

• In season 11, when his teacher (at the time he was a woman) tells his students his lesbian experience, Butters tells him to be careful when using scissors, although his teacher referred to a sexual position.

• In an episode he was almost adopted by Paris Hilton to become his new pet and would be called Mr. Biggles, and made him wear a bear suit.

• When he finds out that Eric Cartman was diagnosed with AIDS, he kindly gives his support even though Cartman faithful to his style tells him that he's gay.

• On a school trip, no one wants to make a couple with Cartman, as Stan went with his girlfriend Wendy, Butters agrees to make a couple with Cartman, but being against his rebels for the first time in the whole series and this forces him to escape from the school walk. Butters suffers all kinds of things until finally, about to die, he leaves his partner on the school bus. Only then could he let Cartman go.

• In the beginning of the series, Kenny worked for Cartman, but in the absence of Kenny, Butters started working for him. It was Butters who helps Cartman infect Kyle with HIV.

• Eric Cartman betrays Butters even though he considers him his friend, in an episode of season 8, Eric disguises himself as a robot making himself called the Great-or (Awesom-or in English) and pretending to be a gift from Japan, "Great-o" tells Butters to tell him all his secrets. Eric intended to reveal all the secrets of Butters, until he tells his "new robot" that has a Cartman video imitating Britney Spears.

• Help Cartman in his struggle to save the United States from the China invasion, as Cartman is convinced that the Chinese are planning to take over the world. However, taking hostages in a Chinese restaurant, Cartman orders Butters to shoot the hostages and he shoots them, wounding them in the penis. Cartman gets angry and leaves him alone.

• He becomes Vampire not to be scolded by his parents (Twilight pity), including in a scene where he gives him pacifier with Eric. But that life tires and leaves it to be normal.

• A school girl starts selling kisses for 5 dollars, Butters pays him and she kisses him, being this her first kiss starts to feel adult with the consequent need to earn her own money, so she decides to get customers to the girl who sells the kisses, paying him 2 dollars of the 5 that she earns by kiss, little by little decides to expand the business hiring more girls to make a kissing company, Butters believes that Then Butters without knowing what Kyle was talking about, decides to investigate about it on the internet and discovers that the men who manage women are called pimps and these women are called bitches (not knowing what this really meant). Butters attends a meeting of true pimps in which these explain how the business should be carried. The prostitutes of the people (who are battered and beaten by their pimps) begin to hear about a new pimp that respects their women (Butters), these prostitutes join the company and begin to sell their services while Butters still thinks they sell only kisses, so Butters without realizing has created a great prostitution company, last withdraw from the company so that the girls earn their own money.
• He becomes the captain of the football team (now called sarcasmbol, after Stan accidentalmete's father changed the rules of the game). That same chapter sells his semen as "Butters' game" believing (because of his father), that it was a creamy filling that we all had but that only people as gentle as they could get out.

• In the 14th season "The tale of Scrotie McBoogerballs" ("The History of McBolas de Moco Scrotum"), the boys blamed Butters for writing the book that takes the title of the chapter, for fear of being punished. The book of "McBolas de Moco Scrotum", contained abundant perversions and obscenities, to the degree that caused the vomit that read it, of how disgusting it was. However, at the same time as dirty, it turned out to be very good for adult readers, and considered the book as brilliant. This caused the trouble of Stan Marsh, Kyle Broflovsky, Kenny McCormick and Eric Cartman, trying to sabotage his book, and even, they made him responsible for the death of Sarah Jessica Parker, for taking her into the woods, dressing her up, and causing a hunter to shoot her. Also, after the great success in sales that he got the book of Escroto McBolas de Moco, Butters encouraged himself to write a "second book" (this time it was written by him), called "The Poop That Took a Pee" ("The Pupu that made Pipi"). In one of the readers, after reading this book, he woke up his psychopath and murderer side, later killing the Keeping Up sisters with the Kardashians (like what happened to Mark David Chapman when he read "The Catcher in the Rye" ("The Guardian Between the Rye") to later carry out the murder of John Lennon.

• In the 14th "Poor and Stupid" episode. season, he helped Eric Cartman to participate in NASCAR, selling all his savings ($58) to become poorer and stupid, and so he could run smoothly. In the end, Cartman realizes that he is not poor and stupid enough to participate in NASCAR, and he claims his $58 to Butters.

• In the 16th season's "Going Native" episode, he traveled to Hawaii next to Kenny, to carry out his "hapanoa"; in fact, he is regarded as a Hawái native (called "Keiki"). This was because of the fury it contained, knowing that Ben Affleck had married Jennifer Lopez (he was confused, because actually, Ben Affleck married Jennifer Garner). Curiously, it's Kenny who accompanies him, because Butters snatched all his schoolmates, and believes that Kenny is his only friend, and the only one who has dignity.
