Biggs Darklighter

Biggs Darklighter is a character from the Star Wars universe.

A human race, this pilot was a member of the Rebel Alliance fleet. During the Battle of Yavin, he had the codename Red Three and was piloting an X-Wing fighter. Biggs Darklighter was a childhood friend of Luke Skywalker. Unfortunately Darklighter did not survive this assault on the first Death Star. In the X-Wing Book series, Biggs' younger brother, Gavin Darklighter, is introduced, a young pilot who can be compared in skill to Luke Skywalker. He was recognized as a great pilot of the rebel alliance.
