Beatrix of Falkenburg (1253 – October 17, 1277) was a German princess.

He was one of the 6 children of Dietrich II, Count of Falkenburg and Heinsberg - great-grandson of Count Dietrich III of Cleves - and his first wife, Berta of Limburg.

She married in the German city of Kaiserslautern, on June 16, 1269, Richard of England, count of Cornwall and elected King of Romans. Beatriz was then 16 years old, being known as the most beautiful woman of her time, while her husband was 60 years old. From her marriage he had no children.

After Richard died (April 2, 1272), Beatrice decided to remain in England. She died on October 17, 1277, at the age of 24, and was buried in the chapel of the Friars Minor in Oxford.
