Ascalaphus

In Greek mythology, Ascalafos (Ἀσκάλαφος) is the name of two different characters:

• Ascálafo was the son of Aqueronte, the river of Hades.

• Ascálafo was a son of the god Ares and Astioque (or Lico and Pernis according to Higino), who participated in the expedition of the Argonauts.
