Antonio de Guill y Gonzaga ([[Valencia][1715]] - Santiago, August 24, 1768) was a Spanish soldier, colonial administrator of the Spanish Empire as Governor of the Kingdom of Chili.

During his government, by order of his, Talcahuano was declared “Surgidero Registration Port and Vessel Berth". In 1765 he founded the Villa San Luis Gonzaga de Rere and Tucapel Nuevo, the following year he founded San Carlos de Yumbel, all of them in the cross country of Concepción. In Chiloé, he founded San Carlos de Chonchi in 1767 and San Carlos de Ancud in 1768.
