Anthony daniels
Anthony Daniels (Salisbury, Wiltshire, England, February 21, 1946) is a British actor, best known for his role as the android C-3PO in the Star Wars of films made between 1977 and 2019.
Biography
She devoted herself to acting and theater in England. He specialized in Shakespearean plays, of which he was particularly proud. He didn't have any really important jobs until he auditioned for a sci-fi movie, in which director George Lucas offered him the role of a robot. Daniels categorically turned down the role, but as he read the script, he discovered that he was an ideal character and thought he could bring him much more life. Thus, Anthony Daniels discovered the role of his life, that of the android C-3PO in Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope in 1977. He reprized the role in 1980 with Star Wars: Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back and in 1983 with Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi.
He also voiced the character Legolas in Ralph Bakshi's version of The Lord of the Rings (1978 film).
Since then, Daniels has attended Star Wars fan conventions, even playing C-3PO in the radio version of the saga. He has also voiced his character in the animated series & # 34; Droids & # 34;, & # 34; Star Wars: The Clone Wars & # 34; (both versions) and in video games. He had a small supporting role in TV series and in some movies. George Lucas called the actor back to play the android in Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace in 1999, for which the actor was delighted, and its 2 sequels Star Wars: Episode II - Attack of the Clones and Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith. Also in Episode I he also played the protocol android TC-14. He is the only actor who has appeared in all the films in the saga created by George Lucas.
