The LXX Legislature of the Nuevo León State Congress was established on September 1, 2003 and concluded on August 31, 2006, exercising during the governorship of José Natividad González Parás. It was made up of 26 deputies elected by relative majority and 16 deputies appointed by proportional representation in the 2003 state elections.
