Contenido The César for best foreign film is an award given annually by the French Academy of Cinema Arts and Techniques to the most notable foreign film of the previous season. It has been awarded continuously by the French Academy since the awards began in 1976. In 2003, 2004 and 2005, a César was awarded for the best European Union film, in addition to this César for the best foreign film.
