Ana Bertha Espín

Ana Bertha Espín Ocampo (Tehuixtla, Morelos; October 13, 1958) is a Mexican actress. She is best known for playing the character of Lorena Rivers, in the series Neighbors (2005).

Biography and career

Ana Bertha Espín Ocampo was born on October 13, 1958 in Tehuixtla, Morelos, Mexico. From a very early age she demonstrated her artistic gifts at the Ignacio Zaragoza school in this town. She is the daughter of the Morelos merchant and farmer Arturo Espín and Mrs. Altagracia Ocampo de Espín.

In his youth he studied at the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters of the UNAM, a degree in Dramatic Literature and Theater, as well as at the Andrés Soler Academy. She married actor Jaime Lozano, and from this marriage her only son was born, Jaime Arturo Lozano Espín, a prominent Mexican former soccer player and technical director, who led the Mexican under-23 soccer team to win the bronze medal in the Games.
