Amalarius of Metz, also known as Amalrius of Metz or Amalarius Symphosius was a Christian theologian and liturgist of the Carolingian Renaissance. He lived in France at the beginning of the IX century. He was a disciple of Alcuin of York. Some of his doctrines were condemned at the Council of Quierzy in 838.
