Alvaro Recoba
Álvaro Alexander Recoba Rivero (Montevideo, Uruguay, March 17, 1976), nicknamed "El Chino", is a former soccer player and Uruguayan businessman. He played as a midfielder and played 69 games with the Uruguayan team between 1995 and 2007. In 2002, he played in the World Cup. He is currently the coach of the 3rd Division of the National Football Club.

Danube

National
The following year, on July 8, 2011, his transfer to Nacional was made official, it would have already happened in seasons, which was a big step for him and left a great mark on him.
He had a good performance at the beginning of the season, debuting with a goal, the third in the 3-3 draw against River Plate. Together with the tricolores he scored 5 goals. Retirement and later years
On March 31, 2016, after announcing his retirement months ago, the farewell party for Álvaro “El Chino” Recoba was held in the Great Central Park. The event featured important internationally renowned soccer figures linked to different milestones in the player's career, including Argentines Juan Román Riquelme, Andrés D'Alessandro and Javier "Pupi" Zanetti, Colombian Carlos Valderrama, Chilean Iván Zamorano and the Italian Francesco Toldo, among others. Olympic goals
Throughout his career, Recoba has scored Olympic goals six times.
