Alphabet soup
The alphabet soup is a hobby invented by Pedro Ocón de Oro, which consists of a grid or other geometric shape filled with different letters to form a word game.
Structure
Alphabet soup is a game that consists of discovering a certain number of words by linking these letters horizontally, vertically or diagonally and in any direction, both from right to left and from left to right (which implies the possibility that some words are spelled backwards), and both from top to bottom and from bottom to top. In the game there are some instructions or clues on how to find the words. In any case, there can be a list of words that you have to find.
The words to be found can be included within a specific theme.
The game is about the more we read the more we find what we are looking for, no matter what we find it.
It has interlocking rows and columns of a maximum of 10 rows and 21 columns, where in each cell there is a letter that, when joined with one or more cells, forms a word on a common theme or not.
A variant of the game is number soup, in which numbers are used instead of letters and consists of finding numbers instead of words.
