Album (disambiguation)

An Album (plural: albums) is a packaged collection of related items (audio records, writings, comics, etc.). The term may refer to:

Album classes

• Philatelic Albumwhere stamps or postal stamps are kept.
• Album of chromes, has the appearance of a magazine, generally illustrated, with blank spaces where the chromes are glued.
• Photo album, folder where photographs are saved. It consists of several sheets with compartments where you can enter the photograph, although the design of the leaves can vary, and in old models it is about cardboard leaves or hard paper with adhesive corners with which the photographs were glued.
• Album of postcards, folder where postcards are saved.
• Album of comics, book in which one or more comics are collected, usually from one author.
• Illustrated album, book for children in which illustration and text are conceived in a unitary way.
• Musical album, music record longer than a single. This denomination is justified because in the times of the gramophone it was a collection of records that were stored in a libretto similar to a photo album.
