Agnetha Fältskog
Agnetha Åse Fältskog (/agˈneːtà ˈoːsə ˈfɛltskùːɡ/; Jönköping, Sweden, April 5, 1950) is a Swedish singer, member of the group ABBA, along with Björn Ulvaeus, Benny Andersson and Anni- Frid Lyngstad.
Biography
He grew up in a family of musicians, composing his first song at the age of 5 "Två små troll" (Two little trolls). At 16 she started her career as an artist, and in 1967 (at 17 years old) she reached the top of the Svensktopper (Swedish chart), thanks to her own composition "Jag var så kär". 3. 4; (She was so in love). In 1972 she played Mary Magdalene in the Swedish version of the hit musical Jesuchrist Superstar.
On July 6, 1971, Agnetha married Björn Ulvaeus, with whom she had two children, Linda and Christian. In 1978 Björn and Agnetha separated, although they agreed to remain in ABBA, until three years later when the group broke up.
On December 15, 1990, she remarried, to Tomas Sonnenfeld, whom she divorced three years later.
His solo albums are Wrap Your Arms Around Me from 1983, from which his two hits "The Heat is On" and the one that gives the album its title; in 1985 she released Eyes of a Woman, which includes & # 34;Just One Heart & # 34;, & # 34;We Should Be Together & # 34; and "I Won't Let You Go" and its B-side, which is not part of the compact, "You're There" and the same thing happened with 'One Way Love" and the B-side of her & # 34; Turn The World Around & # 34; (not as part of the disc either). In 2008 she appears in the promotion of the film Mamma Mia! in the company of the other three members of the group and the cast of the film, including Meryl Streep.
His last appearance was in January 2009 to collect the "Rockbjörnen" on behalf of the group, going with Frida.
According to the history of ABBA, she has a very high voice, which is why she is considered a Soprano in popular music.
She has a phobia of journalists, which is why she is almost never seen in public, in addition to the aforementioned recording works, she has 17 albums in her native language (with some songs in English), the last one from 2004.
In Spanish he had three songs "La última vez", "Ya nunca más" (a duet with Tomas Ledin) and "I was not the one who said goodbye" (a duet with Peter Cetera) which are the Spanish versions of the hits in English of "The Last Time", "Never Again" (also with Tomas Ledin) and "I Wasn't the one (Who Said Goodbye)" (with Peter Cetera as well).
In March 2013 he released his new solo single "When you really loved someone", included in his new album A, released in May of the same year.
