(4144) Vladvasilʹev is an asteroid that is part of the asteroid belt and was discovered by Lyudmila Vasilyevna Zhuravliova from the Crimean Astrophysical Observatory in Nauchni on September 28, 1981.

Designation and name

Vladvasilʹev was initially designated as 1981 SW6. Later, in 1994, it was named in honor of the Russian dancer Vladimir Vasiliev.

Vladvasilʹev is located at an average distance of 3,157 ua from the Sun, being able to move away up to 3,271 ua and approach up to 3,044 ua. It has an eccentricity of 0.03601 and an orbital inclination of 9.272 degrees. It takes 2,049 days to complete one orbit around the Sun.
