The 1977 season of Formula 1 was the 28th season of the Formula 1 World Championship, in which Niki Lauda won his second drivers' championship title and the Scuderia Ferrari their fifth constructors' title. There were 17 scoring races from January to October.

The Ferrari 312T2, led by Lauda, Reutemann and Villeneuve, led Ferrari to its fifth builder championship.
