Esta es una lista de los sistemas de transporte ferroviario de pasajeros en funcionamiento en los Estados Unidos. Esta lista no incluye los servicios ferroviarios interurbanos como Alaska Railroad o Amtrak y sus subsidiarias patrocinadas por el estado. "Región" se refiere al área metropolitana basada en los alrededores de la ciudad mencionada, cuando corresponda.
