La siguiente es una lista de ganadores y autores preseleccionados del Premio Booker de Ficción. El premio se otorga cada año desde 1969 a la mejor novela original de larga duración, escrita en inglés, por un ciudadano de la Commonwealth of Nations o la República de Irlanda. En 2014, se abrió por primera vez a cualquier trabajo publicado en el Reino Unido y escrito en (no traducido al) idioma inglés.

Ha habido tres premios especiales que celebran la historia de Booker. En 1993, el "Booker de Bookers" El premio fue otorgado a Salman Rushdie por Midnight's Children (ganadora de 1981) como la mejor novela en ganar el premio en sus primeros 25 años. Midnight's Children también ganó una votación pública en 2008, en el cuadragésimo aniversario del premio, por "The Best of the Booker". En 2018, un "Golden Booker" fue premiado celebrando los 50 años del premio; este lo ganó Michael Ondaatje por The English Patient.
