Gobierno de Serbia
El Gobierno de Serbia (serbio: Влада Србије, romanizado: Vlada Srbije), formalmente el Gobierno de la República de Serbia (serbio: Влада Републике Србије, romanizado: Vlada Republike Srbije), comúnmente abreviado como Gobierno serbio (serbio: Српска Влада, romanizado: Srpska Vlada), es el poder ejecutivo del gobierno de Serbia.
Los asuntos de gobierno los decide el Gabinete de Ministros, encabezado por el Primer Ministro. El gobierno está ubicado en el edificio del Ministerio de Finanzas del Reino de Yugoslavia.
Jurisdicción
Según la Constitución de Serbia, el Gobierno:
- Determina y guía la política
- Ejecuta leyes y otros actos generales de la Asamblea Nacional
- Adopta reglamentos y otros actos generales para hacer cumplir las leyes
- Propone a la Asamblea Nacional las leyes y otros actos generales y da una opinión sobre ellos cuando sea presentada por otro proponente
- Dirige y coordina la labor de los órganos de administración pública y supervisa su labor
- Realiza otros deberes determinados por la Constitución y la ley
Asimismo, el Gobierno es responsable ante la Asamblea Nacional de la política de la República de Serbia, de la aplicación de leyes y otros actos generales de la Asamblea Nacional y de la labor de los órganos de la administración estatal.
Gobierno en ejercicio
El gabinete en ejercicio prestó juramento el 26 de octubre de 2022 por mayoría de votos en la Asamblea Nacional. Es el tercer gabinete de Ana Brnabić, quien se convirtió en Primera Ministra un mes después de que el ex Primer Ministro de Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, renunciara al cargo para convertirse en Presidente de Serbia, tras las elecciones presidenciales de 2017. El actual secretario general del Gobierno de Serbia es Novak Nedić desde el 1 de mayo de 2014.
