Dave Thomas (programador)

Dave Thomas (nacido en 1956) es programador, autor y editor. Ha escrito sobre Ruby y, junto con Andy Hunt, es coautor de The Pragmatic Programmer y dirige la editorial The Pragmatic Bookshelf. Thomas se mudó a los Estados Unidos desde Inglaterra en 1994 y vive al norte de Dallas, Texas.

Thomas acuñó las frases 'Code Kata' y 'SECO' (No te repitas) y fue uno de los firmantes originales y autor del Manifiesto para el desarrollo de software ágil. Estudió informática en el Imperial College de Londres.
