El Campeonato FIBA Asia Sub-20 Femenino 2006 es el campeonato de baloncesto femenino sub-20 de la FIBA Asia. Los partidos se celebraron en Singapur.El campeonato se divide en dos niveles: Nivel I y Nivel II. Los dos equipos con los últimos resultados del Nivel I se enfrentan a los dos primeros para determinar qué equipos se clasifican para el siguiente campeonato. Los perdedores descienden al Nivel II.
Los ganadores ascienden al Nivel I.
