El ácido 2-fosfoglicérico (2PG), o 2-fosfoglicerato, es un ácido glicérico que actúa como sustrato en el noveno paso de la glucólisis. La enolasa lo cataliza para formar fosfoenolpiruvato (PEP), el penúltimo paso en la conversión de glucosa en piruvato.
